摘要

目的:观察麦粒灸配合针刺治疗轻中度腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例轻中度腕管综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。两组均取患侧手三里、内关、大陵、合谷进行针刺治疗

观察组于针后麦粒灸大陵

均隔日治疗1次

共治疗10次。观察治疗前后整体症状评分表(GSS)评分

并比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后GSS评分均下降(P<0.05)

且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组愈显率为70.0%(21/30)

高于对照组的53.3%(16/30

P<0.05)。结论:麦粒灸配合针刺治疗轻中度腕管综合征优于单纯针刺者。
