以"针灸""冠心病"等作为关键词

通过中国期刊全文数据库、万方、维普三大中文数据库对近10年中文文献中针灸治疗冠心病的文献进行检索

共检索出有效文献76篇

共使用腧穴72个。采用分层聚类分析统计方法分析排名前20位腧穴之间可能存在的潜在关联。发现治疗冠心病使用的腧穴以内关、心俞、膻中、膈俞、足三里等为主

以特定穴为主

重用背俞穴与五输穴;使用频次较高的经脉为手厥阴心包经

选取部位以四肢末端为主。
