摘要

目的:比较电针疗法与美洛昔康对早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效差异。方法:90例早中期膝骨关节炎患者随机分为电针组和美洛昔康组

每组45例。电针组电针犊鼻、内膝眼、梁丘、鹤顶、血海、阳陵泉、足三里

留针20min

每2d治疗1次;美洛昔康组口服美洛昔康片7.5mg

每日1次

两组均治疗6周。观察比较两组治疗前后西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(The Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index

WOMAC)量表、股直肌肌张力测定、8英尺行走试验及5次坐立试验情况。结果:两组治疗后WOMAC量表各项积分均下降(均P<0.05)

两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);电针组治疗后股直肌肌张力较治疗前降低(P<0.05)

电针组较美洛昔康组股直肌肌张力降低更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后8英尺行走试验及5次坐立试验所用时间均缩短(均P<0.05)

电针组较美洛昔康组缩短更明显(均P<0.05)。结论:电针与美洛昔康治疗早中期膝骨关节炎均有效

电针在改善股直肌肌张力状态、恢复膝关节内部力学平衡方面疗效优于口服美洛昔康。
