摘要

患者

女

32岁

于2013年3月17日以"直肠癌术后9个月上腹部绞痛、呕吐1d"收住院。9个月前在黑龙江省某医院行直肠癌根治手术

应患者要求低位保肛

术后行放射治疗。术后至入院期间可进流食、半流食

偶有腹胀腹痛、恶心呕吐等症

随着放疗进程症状逐渐加重

近期放疗结束。症见:腹痛剧烈

呈阵发性

以上腹部为主

恶心、呕吐、不欲饮食、无排气排便

小便短赤

神疲肢倦

口渴不欲
