摘要

肩关节周围炎简称肩周炎

中医学称之为"漏肩风""冻结肩""肩凝风""肩凝症"等

主要临床表现以肩周疼痛、夜间尤甚为特点。本病常因天气变化及劳累而诱发

患者肩部肌肉可有萎缩

肩前、后、外侧均有压痛

外展功能受限明显

出现典型的"扛肩"现象。本病好发于50岁以上的中老年人

女性多于男性。笔者临床运用"穿胛热"结合腹针疗法治疗风寒
