摘要

气街理论为中医经络学的重要组成部分

是表里内外横向联系的捷径

加强了针灸对内脏疾病的治疗效果

扩大了腧穴的主治范围。通元针法系赖新生教授独创的一种针灸疗法

包括通督调神、引气归元两部分。为剖析通元针法与传统经络理论的联系

本文以通元针法与气街的涵义及二者之间的联系为基点

从气街的文献记载追溯气街的原始概念

通过通元针法临床的印证

揭示了气街是经气运行主干道中的矢向通路

是联系体表与机体深部及脏腑组织器官的直接通路的本质内涵

总结出传统的气街理论为通元针法治疗疾病提供了有力的理论依据。
