摘要

敦煌莫高窟藏经洞出土的《灸经图》

是我国现存较早的灸法专著之一。因其与传世医书内容不同且历代医籍未见收载

一直成为各医家研究之重点。针对《灸经图》中用于肠腑病的大肠俞、膀胱俞、大小肠俞、聂俞、慈宫这5个腧穴进行文献整理

试图从《灸经图》对这些腧穴的定位、肠腑主证、灸治特色

以及历代文献认识和现代临床应用诸方面进行论述。认为《灸经图》中所倡导的治疗肠腑病的重灸思想对后世医学发展影响深远

值得今人进一步挖掘整理和推广应用。
