摘要

目的:在常规西医治疗基础上观察早期康复训练联合腹针对脑卒中患者运动功能及心理障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择90例急性脑卒中患者随机分为观察1组、观察2组及对照组

每组30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗

同时配合患侧肢体的早期康复功能训练

为期1个月。观察1组在对照组治疗基础上给予腹针治疗

针刺气海、关元、天枢、大横、滑肉门、外陵、"上风湿点""上风湿外点""下风湿点""下风湿下点"

留针期间不进行患侧肢体活动

留针20min;观察2组在观察1组治疗的基础上

于腹针留针期间配合进行上肢自主运动

均每天1次

10d为一疗程

每疗程间休息2d

共治疗3个疗程。于治疗前后分别用Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及神经功能缺损量表(CSS)进行疗效观察。结果:3组患者治疗后FMA、HAMA、HAMD及CSS评分较治疗前均改善(均P<0.05);观察1组和观察2组治疗后FMA、HAMA、HAMD及CSS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察2组治疗后HAMA、HAMD评分优于观察1组(均P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者在常规西医治疗的基础上联合腹针治疗可提高运动功能及改善患者的心理障碍

临床疗效优于常规西医治疗。在常规西医治疗联合腹针的基础上另予早期康复训练则有助于改善患者的心理状态。
