摘要

目的:观察督灸疗法对维持性血液透析患者不宁腿综合征(RLS)的影响。方法:将69例维持性血液透析合并不宁腿综合征的患者随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(35例)。两组均给予血液透析常规治疗

观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用督灸疗法

督灸部位选取从大椎到腰俞之督脉

于督脉之上隔督灸粉及生姜泥进行艾灸

2周治疗1次

8次为一疗程

连续治疗1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后RLS严重程度(IRLS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分

并评价两组综合疗效。结果:两组治疗后IRLS、PSQI总分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01);观察组治疗后IRLS、PSQI总分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组愈显率为58.8%(20/34)

对照组愈显率为22.9%(8/35)

差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:督灸疗法能有效改善维持性血液透析患者不宁腿综合征症状及睡眠质量。
