摘要

目的:观察磁极针联合养颜祛斑中药面膜为主治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选择60例黄褐斑女性患者

于局部斑片区行磁极针排刺

并针刺合谷、曲池、血海、三阴交等穴

联合养颜祛斑中药面膜外敷治疗

针刺每日1次

每周5次

面膜隔日1次

每周3次

以上治疗4周为一疗程

连续治疗3个疗程观察疗效。结果:治愈28例

显效19例

有效10例

无效3例

总有效率达95.0%。结论:磁极针联合养颜祛斑中药面膜外敷为主治疗黄褐斑疗效明显。
