摘要

目的:在体动态观察微创埋线后线体对正常人体经穴局部刺激效应的时效特点

为微创埋线疗法间隔周期提供参考依据。方法:应用医学影像学MRI扫描技术采集8例健康受试者左侧三阴交穴埋线前后多个时间点局部T2WI压脂像及T2Mapping 8回波序列MRI图像

8回波系列图像再利用FuncTool软件生成T2 Mapping图像后

测量埋线局部T2均值

分析三阴交穴微创埋线后局部T2WI压脂像信号强度及T2均值随时间变化的特点。结果:与埋线前相比

埋线后8h局部T2WI压脂像信号强度及T2均值开始升高(P<0.01)

埋线后第3、7d局部T2WI压脂像信号强度及T2均值明显升高(均P<0.01);埋线后第14d局部T2WI压脂像信号及T2均值较前两个时间点下降

但仍高于埋线前(均P<0.01);埋线后第21、28、35d

埋线局部T2压脂像信号强度及T2均值下降至接近埋线前(均P>0.05)。结论:三阴交穴施行微创埋线后

线体对三阴交穴的刺激效应周期约为21d。相同条件下施行微创埋线时

选用与三阴交穴组织结构相近的穴位

其埋线间隔周期的选择可以21d为参考。
