摘要

总结高玉瑃教授调督安神针法治疗不寐的临证经验

此针法是燕赵高氏调督系列特色针法之一。高教授认为

不寐是营卫失和

脾胃不调所致

根据调整督脉镇静宁神、滋水涵木调和心神、健脾和胃安神之本的选穴组方原则

擅长从"督原同用

健脾和胃"论治不寐;在选穴处方上应用百会、神庭、中脘

调督为主

兼用任脉

意在调和营卫安神;应用心肝肾经之原穴

滋水涵木

调和心神;应用天枢、中脘、阴陵泉

健脾和胃

治病求本。讲究下针顺序、补泻手法、出针等特色针法

使选穴处方与特色针法相得益彰

形成了调督安神针法治疗不寐的宝贵经验。
