摘要

腧穴既是疾病的反应点

也是针灸治疗的刺激点。笔者以董氏奇穴"灵骨"穴和正经腧穴合谷穴为例

从揣穴寻找反应点、诊治特点和作用机制三方面来探究穴位的变化特点。认为合谷穴的部位是在示指桡侧面上

穴位随着机体的功能状态而处于动态的变化中;董氏奇穴"灵骨"穴只是病理状态下

合谷穴在第二掌骨桡侧移动的一个点。由此推之

不仅"灵骨"穴、合谷穴与机体的功能状态密切相关

其他腧穴的定位也可能处于一种动态变化中。
