痹症细分为五类

即为"五痹"。吴中朝教授在经络、脏腑辨证的基础上

提出了取"府输"下合穴五痹刺的火针特色针刺方法。临证强调火针活用取"府输"下合穴治疗痹症

并创立了独特的治痹取"府输"下合穴"五动"法

即"动针""动经""动揣""动肢""动深"

指出火针治痹取"府输"下合穴五痹刺

即皮痹刺上巨虚、肉痹刺足三里、筋痹刺阳陵泉、骨痹刺委中、脉痹刺下巨虚。
