摘要

患者

女

49岁。就诊日期:2015年6月9日。主诉:反复咳嗽、胸闷、皮肤瘙痒1月余。病史:平素忧郁烦躁

自2015年5月开始反复出现咳嗽、胸闷、皮肤瘙痒

无明显诱因

药物(具体药物不详)治疗后未能缓解。患病后食用如面条、鸡蛋、牛奶等后

咳嗽、胸闷症状加重

呼吸困难甚至喘不能卧

坐则缓解

夜不能寐。曾于当地多家医院治疗

服用抗过敏
