摘要

笔者通过查阅文献

并结合在教学和临床中的体会

分析进针疼痛的客观原因

主要有针具、针刺穴位皮肤组织和进针手法三方面的因素

并就具体操作中如何减轻或避免这种疼痛进行了教学论述。认为在教学与临床操作中进针透皮快速、刺押手协调配合是减轻进针疼痛的关键因素。
