摘要

热敏灸感是人体在疾病状态下施灸某一穴位时

被灸者产生远部和深部的热感

甚至热至病所

而非局部与表面的热感。陈日新教授在临床实践中系统研究了热敏灸感现象及其临床规律

阐明了不同的热敏灸感携带着机体不同的生理病理信息

可以反映病情

在临床施灸过程中应重视热敏信息的采集;根据具体的热敏灸感类型、热感强度可以指导临床灸疗选穴与准确定位;根据热敏灸感的产生与消失

可以指导灸疗确立个体化充足灸量

以"热敏灸感消失为度"作为充足灸疗时间

突破了灸疗临床以每穴固定施灸时间的观念

为临床充分发挥灸疗疗效提供了量学标准;提出判断灸疗适应证的标准

即凡是出现热敏灸感的病症就是灸疗的最佳适应证。深入全面认识热敏灸感的产生、变化规律

有利于指导灸疗的规范操作与灸疗疗效的提高。
