摘要

目的:观察针刀结合隔三七饼灸与口服西药治疗对血瘀型膝原发性骨关节炎(primary knee osseous arthritis

PKOA)的临床疗效差异。方法:选取血瘀型PKOA患者60例

采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组30例(38膝)予以针刀结合隔三七饼灸治疗

对照组30例(36膝)予以常规口服西药治疗。均连续治疗3周。采用KOOS量表观察两组患者治疗前后膝关节疼痛、症状与僵硬度、日常生活、运动和娱乐功能、日常生活质量积分及总积分变化

并在疗程结束后2个月对患者进行随访评定远期疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.4%(37/38)

明显优于对照组的77.8%(28/36

P<0.05);观察组KOOS各维度评分在治疗后及疗程结束后2个月均提高(P<0.05

P<0.01)

对照组治疗后KOOS各维度评分亦有提高(均P<0.01)

疗程结束后2个月日常活动和膝关节相关生活质量维度评分明显提高(均P<0.01);与对照组相比

观察组除运动和娱乐功能维度评分外

余指标评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:针刀结合隔三七饼灸可明显改善血瘀型PKOA患者症状

疗效优于单纯口服西药治疗

并具有较好的远期疗效。
