摘要

阴痒是临床上常见的妇科疾病

笔者采用腰骶部反应点刺络拔罐加蠡沟穴点刺放血治疗阴痒32例

现报道如下。1临床资料32例患者来自2014年9月至2015年6月山东中医药大学附属医院针灸科门诊

年龄最小23岁

最大49岁

平均(38±2)岁;病程最短3个月

最长2年

平均(1.2±0.3)年;中医辨证属肝经湿热证者20例

湿虫滋生证者9例

肝肾阴虚证者3例。患者以外阴或阴道瘙痒为主症

多伴有白带异味

尿
