摘要

利用中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WF)、重庆维普数据库(VIP)三大中文数据库检索2000年1月至2014年12月有关针灸、药物(中药、西药)并用治疗强直性脊柱炎且有明确临床疗效的相关文献32篇

通过归纳分析发现

针药并用治疗强直性脊柱炎的治疗方法颇为丰富

主要有针刺、针刺及艾灸、温针灸、电针、蜂针、火针等不同针灸方法结合药物治疗方案。今后应进一步加强规范强直性脊柱炎的针药结合治疗方案、作用机制的研究

以利于针药结合治疗强直性脊柱炎方案的临床推广。
