摘要

目的:观察苍龟探穴合滞针术治疗梨状肌损伤的临床疗效。方法:使用0.8mm×75mm粗针

在患侧局部找到阳性反应点后

用夹持进针法

将毫针垂直刺入

行苍龟探穴合滞针术法。每周治疗3次

2周为一疗程

治疗1

个疗程。结果:在101例梨状肌损伤患者中

治愈85例

有效15例

无效1例

总有效率达99.0%。结论:苍龟探穴合滞针术治疗梨状肌损伤是滞针手法与苍龟探穴法的巧妙结合

可以准确定位病灶

从整体上调整人体之虚实

纠正阴阳失衡等。
