摘要

脑性瘫痪简称脑瘫

是自受孕开始至婴儿期非进行性脑损伤和发育缺陷所导致的综合征。脑瘫患儿由于脑损伤累及支配舌、咽及喉部肌肉的运动中枢而产生构音及发音障碍。笔者采用舌体透刺治疗脑瘫患儿构音障碍30例

现报道如下。1临床资料选择2014年11月至2015年7月我科收治的构音障碍脑瘫患儿30例

均经过脑电图检查排除癫
