摘要

"动筋针法"是一种以精准取穴、特殊针法、带针运动为特点

以提高临床疗效为目的的新型针刺方法。该针法是指在针刺留针或行针过程中

患者在医生指导下

身体带针进行主动、被动或负荷运动。"动筋针法"以痛点、阿是穴、压痛点、激痛点和筋结病灶点等为治疗靶点

以松解皮下浅筋膜为主要针刺要点

以带针运动为治疗核心

以肌肉的屈伸、牵拉和抗阻运动为技术关键。此针法对软组织损伤所导致的各种疼痛

以及相关的内脏疾病等均有较好的疗效。"动筋针法"的作用机制主要是通过对靶点的治疗

松解相关的筋膜链

再由筋膜链的传导作用恢复人体结构平衡

从而达到治疗疾病的目的。
