摘要

目的:通过检测经穴皮肤下电阻抗的变化探索不同针刺手法对穴位特异性的影响。方法:将60例健康受试者

应用单穴电特性数据分析系统

以绝缘针为探针

分别采用针刺留针、针刺补法、针刺泻法3种手法

留针20min

通过实时动态检测足三里穴皮肤下电阻抗的方法

观察不同针刺手法对针刺手法前、中、后的影响。结果:(1)针刺手法操作过程中经穴皮下电阻抗变化情况:行针刺泻法过程中经穴皮肤下电阻抗显著高于行针刺补法(P<0.05)

行针刺补法显著高于留针法(P<0.05)

即R针刺泻法>R针刺补法>R留针法;(2)3种不同针刺手法操作前后比较:留针法、针刺补法、针刺泻法手法后均可以显著降低经穴皮肤下电阻抗(均P<0.01)

电阻抗值分别下降约11.44、11.15、11.12kΩ。结论:针刺手法可以对穴位皮肤下电阻抗值产生显著性改变

而且与针刺手法的种类相关。
