患者

女

59岁

于2015年7月18日就诊。主诉:声音嘶哑、闻辛辣等刺激性气味呼吸困难10年。病史:2004年于当地县医院行甲状腺瘤切除术

因术中大出血肿瘤切除不完全

于2006年在北京肿瘤医院再行手术

发现神经已与肌肉粘连

术后出现声音嘶哑、闻辛辣等刺激性气味呼吸困难

有濒死感。
