检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普、万方三大中文数据库建库至2015年4月1日针灸治疗系统性硬化病的文献

筛选出疗效确切的临床研究及病案报道26篇。发现针灸治疗硬皮病的疗法和临床方案内容丰富并颇具特色

主要有毫针刺法、电针、蜂针、火针、艾灸、天灸以及针灸结合拔罐、热敷、穴位注射等不同针灸疗法或针灸结合其他疗法的临床应用方案。认为针灸结合不同疗法

可优势互补

起到协同效应

疗效肯定且中医特色优势突出

但需要对临床方案进一步科学性的规范化及标准化研究。
