摘要

笔者于2015年3月至2015年6月在肛肠科实习期间运用张卫华教授的经验采用针挑奇穴治疗血栓性外痔46例

现报道如下。1临床资料全部46例血栓性外痔病例均系陕西中医药大学附属医院肛肠科门诊部患者

其中男24例

女22例;年龄最小17岁

最大65岁

平均41岁;病程最短1d

最长9d

平均3d。符合《外科学》中"外痔血栓
