摘要

目的:观察芒针弯刺天突穴与常规毫针治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效差异。方法:将100例患者随机分为芒针组及毫针组

各50例。两组均在常规西医治疗基础上

芒针组采用芒针弯刺天突穴

毫针组穴取风池、上廉泉、水沟、通里行常规针刺

金津、玉液用三棱针点刺放血

咽后壁点刺。两组均每日1次

治疗2周后采用标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)、改良Bathel日常生活能力评价量表(MBI)进行评定并评价临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后SSA评分和MBI评分较治疗前均有改善(均P<0.01)

芒针组较毫针组改善更明显(均P<0.05);芒针组愈显率为56.0%(28/50)

显著高于毫针组的30.0%(15/50)(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上

芒针和毫针针刺均可提高脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能

提高其生活质量

但芒针弯刺天突穴较毫针疗效更为显著。
