摘要

目的:探讨局部取穴针刺治疗脑卒中后假性延髓麻痹的疗效及局部针刺治疗方法中的临床优势方案。方法:将80例脑卒中后有假性延髓麻痹症状的患者随机分为阿呛穴速刺组和常规针刺组

每组40例。两组均在溶栓、调脂、抗血小板聚集、降压、降糖等西医治疗基础上

阿呛穴速刺组直刺"阿呛穴"8

2mm

至针下有落空感后

再缓慢进针约2mm患者出现咳嗽

即刻出针

每天治疗1次

共治疗20次;常规针刺组取廉泉穴

针尖向舌根部

刺入约40mm

行捻转手法

使舌根部有酸胀感后留针30min

每天1次

共治疗20次。评价两组治疗前后洼田饮水试验评分变化及临床疗效。结果:阿呛穴速刺组的痊愈率为80.0%(32/40)

优于常规针刺组的55.0%(22/40

0.05);阿呛穴速刺组总有效率为97.5%(39/40)

常规针刺组为90.0%(36/40)

0.05)。两组治疗后洼田饮水试验评分均较治疗前降低(均P

0.05)。结论:针刺局部穴位治疗脑卒中后假性延髓麻痹有效

"阿呛穴"速刺法在痊愈率方面优于常规针刺廉泉穴。
