摘要

目的:观察比较在柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗基础上任督周天大艾灸与常规艾灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效差异。方法:选择62例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组

每组31例

各脱落1例。两组均给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶

观察组采用特制灸粉、姜粒、艾绒于背部(大椎穴至腰俞穴之间)及腹部(剑突下至耻骨联合上)行任督周天大艾灸;对照组予常规艾灸治疗

将艾灸盒放置于背部及腹部施灸

两组均每次治疗2h

7d治疗1次

3次为一疗程。治疗3个疗程后

观察两组患者治疗前后的症状积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、晨僵时间、Schober试验、枕墙距、胸廓活动度

并评定两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为86.7%(26/30)

优于对照组的73.3%(22/30)

观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的全部观察指标均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.01)

且治疗后观察组的症状积分、VAS评分、晨僵时间及Schober试验改善程度明显优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:在柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗基础上

任督周天大艾灸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切

优于常规艾灸治疗。
