摘要

目的:初步评价术前电针干预对血管外科术后患者胃肠功能障碍是否具有预防意义。方法:将于相同全身麻醉处理方案下行血管外科手术患者60例随机分为观察组与对照组

每组30例。观察组于术前一天上、下午予针刺双侧内关、足三里与上巨虚

其中足三里、上巨虚连接电针

连续波

频率15Hz

留针20min;对照组仅行常规手术

不予特殊电针干预。记录患者腹胀发生率及程度、术后住院时间。结果:两组间腹胀发生率差异无统计学意义[16.7%(5/30)vs 36.7%(11/30)

P>0.05];观察组术后72h的腹胀程度显著短于对照组(P<0.05)

术后住院时间低于对照组[(5.33±1.30)d vs(7.33±1.71)d

P<0.05]。结论:术前24h针刺内关、足三里和上巨虚穴对改善全麻下血管外科术后胃肠功能障碍、缩短术后住院时间具有一定程度的临床治疗意义。
