摘要

目的:比较排刺隔药饼灸、排刺、常规针刺治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效差异。方法:将105例患者随机分为排刺药饼灸组、排刺组和常规针刺组

每组35例。排刺药饼灸组与排刺组均于腰臀病变部位痛性筋束区行排刺治疗

并配合TDP神灯照射

排刺药饼灸组排刺结束后于痛性筋束区行隔药饼灸;常规针刺组采用循经取穴法

依经脉循行路线取委中、阳陵泉、秩边、环跳、三阴交、L_1

_5夹脊穴

并配合TDP神灯照射。各组均每天治疗1次

治疗4周

比较治疗后疼痛评分改善情况。结果:各组治疗4周后疼痛评分均明显降低(均P

0.05)

治疗4周后排刺药饼灸组和排刺组疼痛评分较常规针刺组明显降低(均P

0.05)

排刺隔药饼灸组疼痛评分较排刺组明显降低(P

0.05)。治疗4周后排刺药饼灸组和排刺组显效率分别为88.6%(31/35)、68.6%(24/35)均高于常规针刺组的40.0%(14/35)(均P

0.05)

排刺隔药饼灸组显效率高于排刺组(P

0.05)。结论:排刺药饼灸疗法治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效肯定

优于单纯排刺和常规针刺治疗。
