摘要

回顾了有关肥大细胞与针灸的研究历史起源

介绍了1977年宋继美提出的皮肤肥大细胞与经穴现象相关的假说

该学说首次提出肥大细胞是经穴"感传"和"得气"现象的细胞学基础。后经多个研究机构的独立实验验证

目前已有足够证据表明"宋氏理论"(Song’s Theory)的科学性

及其对针灸基础研究和临床实践的潜在重要价值。最近的研究发现皮肤肥大细胞可能接受中枢信号和穴区刺激双向控制

具有交互调节作用

可产生"敏化"现象。本文简述了近40年的研究证据

指出了肥大细胞系统同"经穴现象"相关的15个生物特征

同时提出了明确肥大细胞在人体皮肤的分布及其与经络和穴位的整体关系等10个未来研究需要回答的关键问题和探索方向。
