摘要

患者

男

67岁

退休人员。就诊日期:2014年11月2日。主诉:腹痛、腹胀1周

加重伴恶心、呕吐3d。现病史:1周前无明显诱因出现下腹部疼痛、腹胀

无发热

未排气、排便4d

伴恶心、呕吐。11月1日于和平里医院查腹部平片示:不全性肠梗阻。诊断为"直肠癌术后;肠梗阻;软组织感染"

予补液、抗炎治疗

腹痛、腹胀未见明显好转

建议行针刺治
