摘要

目的:观察磁疗仪穴位照射辅助药物治疗结核性渗出型腹膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例结核性渗出型腹膜炎患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。两组均予标准化抗结核治疗、腹腔穿刺抽液等基础治疗

观察组同时采用磁疗仪穴位(中极、关元、水道)照射

每天2次

每次30

5min。1个月为一疗程

3个疗程后观察两组疗效、腹水完全吸收率及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率、腹水完全吸收率均高于对照组[95.0%(38/40)vs 80.0%(32/40)
