摘要

运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的取穴规律。检索自2005年1月至2014年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统搜索的核心期刊发表的关于针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的相关文献

建立针灸处方数据库

收入中医传承辅助平台(V 2.0)系统

采用规则分析、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法

对筛选出的针灸处方进行分析

计算处方中各穴位出现的频次。结果得出治疗糖尿病周围神经病变多采用足三里、三阴交、曲池、阳陵泉、合谷、肾俞等穴位

并得到常用穴位组合19个。认为针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变遵循补益为本兼以活血行气;取穴多以阳明经穴及背俞穴为主的原则。
