摘要

为针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床提供更多的参考依据

总结近20年来针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究成果与作用机制

并加以归纳分析。发现针灸可以通过提高机体免疫功能、调节中枢神经通路、调节胃肠激素、增加胃部血流量、调控相关细胞因子、提高胃动力、调节胃酸分泌、改善炎性反应、调控细胞增殖凋亡从而强化胃黏膜屏障功能等途径对本病产生治疗作用

并指出相关研究所存在的问题及缺陷

为临床实验的进一步开展提供思路与参考。
