摘要

目的:比较手针与电针治疗急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫的疗效差异。方法:将68例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为手针组(34例)和电针组(34例)。两组均给予常规西医药物治疗

选穴均取双侧顶颞前斜线

留针30min

手针组在留针期间用平补平泻法捻转行针3次

各1min;电针组在针刺的基础上行电针疗法

予疏密波

频率5 Hz/20 Hz。两组均每日治疗1次

每周治疗6次

共治疗2周。观察两组患者治疗前后美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、简式FuglMeyer运动评分(FMA)和Barthel指数(BI)

并比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后NIHSS评分均明显下降(均P<0.01)

且电针组低于手针组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Fugl-Meyer运动评分和BI评分均明显升高(均P<0.01)

且电针组高于手针组(均P<0.01);电针组临床总有效率为94.1%(32/34)

手针组临床总有效率为85.3%(29/34)

电针组疗效优于手针组(P<0.05)。结论:电针对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的神经缺损功能具有康复作用

可改善其肢体运动功能

提高日常生活能力

疗效优于手针。
