摘要

目的:比较飞针针刺法配合克罗米芬与单纯飞针针刺法及单纯克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的疗效差异。方法:将90例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为飞针针刺组、药物治疗组、针药结合组

每组30例。飞针针刺组患者单纯给予飞针针刺治疗

穴取肝俞、肾俞、中脘、水分、关元、中极

背俞穴左右交替

采用快速旋转进针法

予平补平泻手法

每次留针30min

隔日1次

每周3次;药物治疗组患者于月经第5d服用克罗米芬

连续5d;针药结合组患者予飞针针刺治疗配合克罗米芬口服。所有患者均接受治疗3个月

并随访1个月

比较3组排卵率

并对治疗前后雄激素睾酮水平进行比较。结果:针药结合组排卵率为86.2%(100/116)

优于飞针针刺组的66.7%(80/120)、药物治疗组的69.6%(78/112

均P<0.05)

飞针针刺组和药物治疗组疗效相当(P>0.05);3组治疗后睾酮水平均降低(均P<0.05)

针药结合组对雄激素水平的改善优于飞针针刺组和药物治疗组(均P<0.05)

飞针针刺组和药物治疗组疗效相当(P>0.05);针药结合组和飞针针刺组的不良反应发生率低于药物治疗组(均P<0.05)。结论:飞针针刺法治疗能有效改善多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍

其效果与克罗米芬相当

若将两种方法联合应用可明显提高单一治疗方法的临床疗效

并可减轻不良反应发生情况。
