摘要

系统归纳了穴位埋线疗法的不良反应

主要包括发热、感染、硬结、淤青、红肿、麻胀、疼痛、化脓、溃疡等

并针对各种不良反应提出相应的处理方法。认为不良反应的产生主要与医师操作不当、患者的个人体质及埋线材料的选择有关

故临床医师应严格按照临床规范操作

注重穴位埋线疗法的禁忌证与慎用证

一旦发生不良反应

需采取积极的对症治疗。
