摘要

"动筋针法"是指在针刺留针或行针过程中

患者在医生指导下

身体带针进行主动、被动或负荷运动的疗法。该针法有三大步骤

即靶点检查、针刺技巧和运动方式。本文详细介绍精确定位治疗靶点的原则和方法

以寻经、寻筋、寻肌和寻膜为检查原则;以切循式、滑按式、平滑式、钳捏式、弹拨式为检查方法。针具采用普通针灸针

针刺方法采取浮刺法、直刺法、斜刺法、单刺法和多刺法等;运动方式包括责任肌的屈伸、动态牵拉和抗阻运动。"动筋针法"对软组织损伤引起的各种痛证

以及相关的内脏疾病等均有较好的疗效。
