摘要

发泡拔罐法是通过拔罐的吸拔力量使拔罐处产生水泡

以祛风除湿、排痰化瘀的特色拔罐法。本文回顾发泡拔罐法相关文献并结合临床经验

从发泡拔罐法最早的源流发展、作用机制、临床应用等方面作了较深入地研究

归纳提炼出发泡拔罐法临床操作要点。根据拔出的泡的变化情况及拔出物情况

分为发泡期、排瘀痰期、结痂期3个阶段。发泡拔罐法通过拔罐发泡

发挥通络作用

使身体的痰饮、水湿、瘀血等实邪有所出路

被拔出体外

有利于慢性疾病的治疗。笔者提出"发泡的穴位与病位、穴性及病性有关"的规律。发泡拔罐法目前已应用于呼吸系统、骨关节、皮肤和皮下组织、精神行为障碍、肿瘤等疾病治疗

尤其在呼吸、骨关节等系统疑难杂病治疗中有确切疗效

值得挖掘推广。
