女

27岁。因"夜间磨牙20余年"于2015年10月14日于上海中医药大学附属曙光医院针灸科门诊就诊。现病史:自述不明原因夜间磨牙20余年

次数频繁

"咯吱"声尖锐刺耳

夜间闻之令人毛骨悚然

持续时间长

每次约1min

凌晨3:00左右尤甚

严重影响他人休息

且患者醒后不自知。患者自诉自幼脾胃虚弱

饭后不易消化

偶有恶心

易腹泻。多次治疗未果。实验室检查排除肠内寄生虫
