摘要

患儿

女

8岁

于2015年2月19日就诊于河南省人民医院。主诉:发热伴头痛7d

昏迷伴间断抽搐2d。现病史:患儿于2月12日嬉戏劳累后后出现发热伴头痛

最高体温40℃

于当地医院行常规解热镇痛、抗感染治疗

热退后复发

2月17日出现昏迷伴间断抽搐

今为求进一步诊治前来就诊。既往体健

无家族遗传性疾病史。刻症:神志不清
