摘要

目的:比较齐刺电针疗法与常规电针疗法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效差异。方法:将36例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机分为齐刺电针组与常规电针组

每组18例。齐刺电针组采用齐刺扳机点(可激发面部疼痛的阳性反应点)为主

并予电针刺激;常规电针组采用常规针刺扳机点

并予电针刺激

均隔日1次

10d为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。分别于治疗前、第1个疗程后、第2个疗程后对两组综合症状评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及临床疗效进行评价。结果:与治疗前比较

齐刺电针组和常规电针组治疗后综合症状评分和VAS评分均有所降低(P<0.05

P<0.01)

齐刺电针组较常规电针组评分降低更加明显(均P<0.01);齐刺电针组愈显率为44.4%(8/18)、总有效率为88.9%(16/18)

分别优于常规电针组的27.8%(5/18)、66.7%(12/18

均P<0.05)。结论:齐刺电针扳机点治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效优于常规电针治疗。
