摘要

目的:比较"健脾益肾通督"配穴针刺配合康复训练与单纯康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床疗效差异。方法:将120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组

每组60例。对照组给予物理治疗和手功能训练

每日1次

20次为一疗程

疗程间隔20d

共治疗3个疗程;观察组在对照组基础上行"健脾益肾通督"配穴针刺疗法

穴取百会、风府、身柱、至阳、筋缩、腰阳关、命门、脾俞、肾俞、足三里、三阴交

隔日1次

10次为一疗程

疗程间隔20d

共治疗3个疗程。观察两组治疗前后粗大运动功能评估量表(gross motor function measure

GMFM)、Peabody精细运动发育量表评分及日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living

ADL)量表评定的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后GMFM评分、Peabody精细运动评分较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.01

P<0.05)

观察组较对照组提高更加显著(均P<0.05);观察组总有效率为76.7%(46/60)

明显高于对照组的65.0%(39/60

P<0.05)。结论:"健脾益肾通督"配穴针刺法作为辅助疗法可有效提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能、精细运动功能以及日常生活能力。
