介绍名老中医金伯华针灸治疗周围性面瘫的特色及经验。金老治疗周围性面瘫是在中医整体观指导下

结合现代医学研究

将翳风作为诊断预后及治疗周围性面瘫的主穴

通过翳风穴压痛及阳性反应物明显程度判断疾病的轻重。治疗时针刺翳风穴多与皮肤呈60°

0°角向咽喉方向进针

以得气迅速并保证安全

且其刺法在不同分期随治则而变化。
