摘要

阿是穴一词的释义目前尚未统一

对其内涵的准确把握也是针灸理论难点之一。通过梳理《针灸学》统编教材、工具书、术语标准等文献资料中的"阿是穴"定义

筛选其中具有共识、言之合理的要素

结合认知语言学的图形背景理论、距离象似性理论

对"阿是穴"进行重新释义;此外

在理解"以痛为输""天应穴""反应点"等相近术语的基础上

以义素分析法辨析其与阿是穴的异同

并引申出对针灸理论的部分思考。
