于2015年11月6日就诊。主诉:双髋关节疼痛间歇发作半年余。病史:半年前无明显诱因出现髋关节疼痛

行双髋关节MRI示:双侧股骨头外形轮廓尚可

其内未见信号异常

关节间隙清晰

关节内示少许长T2液体信号
