摘要

目的:比较隔日温和灸与中药调治亚健康状态的临床疗效差异。方法:选取亚健康受试者72例

采用随机数字表法分为温和灸组(36例)和药物组(36例)。温和灸组采用艾条温和灸干预

穴取关元、足三里、三阴交

隔日1次;药物组给予玉屏风颗粒口服

每日3次

均连续治疗2个月。治疗前后分别观察免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、疲劳量表(FS-14)总积分和甲襞微循环变化。结果:与治疗前相比

两组患者免疫学指标、FS-14总积分及甲襞微循环各项积分在治疗后均有改善

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01);治疗后两组间比较

温和灸组血清IgM、IgG及SOD水平有高于药物组的趋势

但差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);温和灸组FS-14总积分均值低于药物组(P<0.05);温和灸组治疗后甲襞微循环血液流态积分、袢周积分、总积分较药物组降低更明显(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:艾条隔日温和灸可显著改善亚健康受试者的疲劳状态、免疫功能与微循环障碍

明显优于中药玉屏风颗粒治疗。
